ZOOM CLASSES

1. I have no background in painting or art at all. Will I be able to join the classes?

Yes, our classes are designed for beginner. Our instructors will carry out the class in a step by step manner, making sure that no one gets left behind in the process. 

 

2. What do the different packages in Zoom classes mean?

"Entry Only" : We give you the link and permission to enter the Zoom Room

"Canvas + Zoom": We will deliver a canvas with stencil and/or pre-drawn outline to help you achieve the best result. If you have never painted before, we would recommend choosing this option since it will help out  a lot

"Canvas + Painting Set": We will deliver the canvas mentioned above as well as the complete set to help you get started with painting.

 

3. How long are the classes?

Each class' duration varies depending on the difficulty of the painting, but the range is from 2.5 - 3 hours. 

 

4. What is the rescheduling policy?

We can not issue refund once purchase is made, but we are able to reschedule your session if we were notified no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Otherwise, we would not be able to reschedule your booking due to the customization of each event. 

 

5. What's the minimum age to join your Zoom class?

We recommend our classes for age 8 and above. But we do have events that are designed specifically for younger audience. It will be clearly mentioned in the event description.

 

6. What language will be class be conducted in? 

Our classes are mainly conducted in Bahasa, but if there is someone in the audience who doesn't speak Bahasa, we will be more than happy to help out in English as well. Most of our teachers are bilingual and are able to conduct the session in both language, if necessary.

ACRYLIC PAINTING SETS

1. What is included in the painting set?

The package comes with a 30 x 40 cm canvas, 5 acrylic paint bottles (blue, red, yellow, white, and black), 5 different brush sizes, paint palette, and a disposable apron

 

2. What are the differences between the 3 painting sets?

BASIC Package comes with one canvas, 100 ml paint bottles (could be used for up to 3 paintings), 5 brushes, apron, and a palette. 

PLUS Package comes with three canvases, 250 ml paint bottles (could be used for up to 7 paintings), 10 brushes, apron, and a palette. If you are planning to paint more than once, this package has the best value.

DELUXE Package comes with everything in PLUS package + easel and a free pass to join our Zoom class (worth at IDR 100.000)

 

3. Must I purchase Bartega painting set to follow the tutorials on IG Live?

No, you don't have to. Our set is designed so you can properly paint with us, but if you have your own tools at home, you can simply go to our Instagram page and join our IG live based on the week's schedule

 

4. Can you send to other cities outside Jakarta?

Yes do we ship nationwide! The shipping price and duration will adjust once you put in your shipping address during registration.
